How It Works
First, call, text, or email us to check if the inflatable you are interested in has availability for the date of your party!
We respond in record time and collect all of the necessary information. From there, we require a 20% deposit as well as a signed reservation contract that explains all of our rules ahead of time as well as our weather policy so there are no surprises. After that, rest assured that Empire Events will show up on time and all you have to do is point! The rest of the payment isn’t due until the day before your event.
Most importantly, we do not require any minimum reservation time but our guests experience the best results by making reservations at least 3 weeks in advance. Secondly, reserve the inflatable you want by paying a FULLY refundable, 20% deposit.
Basically, we deliver bounce houses on the morning of your party. However, for parties that take place at unique times, we will accommodate the bounce house’s arrival to your schedule. Altogether, set up of your bounce house will take roughly 20 minutes to an hour and that depends on the bounce house you’ve chosen! Most importantly, our team only uses sandbags to provide the utmost care for your lawn. In conclusion, when your event is over we will come pack up the bounce house and leave your property how it was before we came! All in all, even before Covid-19, our protocols were viewed as the highest in the industry. First, as a part of a national organization, we communicate with companies around the country. Secondly, from these connections, we’ve learned the best possible cleaning procedures for bounce houses and inflatables. So, using top of the line cleaning and disinfectant solutions we clean our inflatables before and after every event. Also, we deep clean each bounce house once per calendar week.

Yes! All of our inflatables are based on hourly pricing! You can check our individual inflatable pages for the correct pricing of each!
We ask that the yard is clear of leaves and especially of pet waste. We are dog lovers ourselves, but no one wants to clean dog poop off of the inflatable! Trust us! We also need to be within 100 feet of the setup area from an outlet.
Other than that, we only need you to be prepared to point to where you’d like our inflatable set up!
With over 10 years experience we have seen many different scenarios. With that being said, inflatables using water can cause lawn damage. If the water is left on or repeat walking and jumping occurs in the same spot the grass can be damaged. Empire Events LLC assumes no liability for damage to our customers’ lawns.
Inflatables cannot be operated in the rain. All inflatables must be turned off if it begins raining after our team sets them up. Winds exceeding 20 miles per hour will also require the inflatables to be turned off. Cancellation due to weather will result in the deposit applied in full to your rental on a different date. If the weather is showing 60% or higher chance of rain we will give the customer the option on whether they want to reschedule or go through with the event
We can provide a generator upon request for an additional $125 with rental cost.
In place of a generator, we required access to a dedicated circuit for each inflatable. Each inflatable blower will use 10amps and some inflatables require two blowers. There are no refunds or discounts for issues related to property electrical.
Each inflatable has it’s own total weight limit. See the listing of the inflatable you’re interested in to learn the total weight limit for that inflatable.
We require a 20% deposit with a $50 minimum in order for the inflatable of your choice to be reserved. That deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 5 days or more in advance. In order to reschedule and forward your deposit to a future available date, we require at least 48 hours notice.
No gum, silly string, food, drinks, etc permitted in the bounce. This can result in a $100 cleaning fee if it’s going to require more than the normal cleaning/sanitizing or any access scrubbing. Actual damage (cuts/tears) can result in cost of repair if damages are proven to be a result of direct neglect.
